Flower Wall Rental Policy

OS Ecomm Products LLC, Minnesota, provides flower wall rental services for various events. This policy outlines the terms and conditions of the rental agreement, ensuring the rights and responsibilities of both the customer (hereinafter referred to as "Renter") and the company (hereinafter referred to as "Owner").

1. Rental Terms

• Rental Duration:

  • The rental period will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and formally outlined in the contract. Any extensions or modifications to the rental duration must be requested and approved in writing.

• Rental Fees:

  • $400.00 per event (up to 10 hours) plus applicable fees (if any). Final pricing will be confirmed upon signing the contract.

• Security Deposit:

  • A refundable security deposit of $200.00 is required. The deposit will be returned within two weeks after a thorough inspection of the floral wall to ensure there are no damages.

2. Booking and Payment

• Booking Process:

  • The full rental amount is due at the time of booking. To secure your date, please make the payment as outlined in the contract.

• Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Order Cancellation:

  • 14 days or more before the event: Full refund of any payments made.

  • Less than 14 days before the event: 50% refund of the total rental fee.

4. Delivery and Return

• Delivery and Setup:

  • Free delivery and set up within 40 miles of Shakopee, MN.

  • Additional fees may apply for locations beyond our free delivery range. Any applicable charges will be discussed and outlined in the contract.

• Self-Pickup: not available.

5. Renter’s Responsibilities

• Proper Use:

  • The flower wall is for decorative use only.

  • Modifying or attaching your own items to the wall is strictly prohibited.

• Damage or Loss:

  • The renter is responsible for any damage or loss during the rental period.

  • Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit, in the event our flower walls are damaged.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Owner is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, installation, or removal of the flower wall, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or financial loss, shall be the sole responsibility of the renter. The rental provider shall not be held liable for any such damages under any circumstances.

7. Force Majeure

The Owner is not responsible for the failure to deliver services due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or unforeseen emergencies.

8. Legal Governance and Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be handled in the courts of Scott County, Minnesota.

9. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will only be used to fulfill your rental agreement and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
